If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can use this option, within 7 days of purchase.

Option 

Exchange from home. Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 220/-.

Attach mobile video of old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.

Items already exchanged, are not applicable for return/exchange.
Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.

Return for a Refund (Online Purchase)

We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe our quality is second to none.

If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we have 7 days no questions asked return and exchange policy. All you need to do is to send us the items with original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our addresss, House: b74 Block 5 Karachi Administration Society  Ph# 0318-3718974, with the following details.
